Referrals are welcome for clients seeking psychology support, including Mental Health Treatment Plans, NDIS participants, and assessment or therapy enquiries.

Yes. You can book privately without a GP referral. A GP Mental Health Treatment Plan or other referral may be needed if you want to claim Medicare rebates or use a specific funding pathway.

Yes. A brief enquiry or 15-minute call can help clarify whether adult ADHD or autism assessment may be suitable before arranging appointments.

Arrival & Accessibility Guide

Parking: Free street parking is available along Keilor Road and adjacent side streets. Please check local signage for time limits.

Public Transport: The 59 Tram stops directly on Keilor Road, a short walk from the clinic entrance.

Parking: Metered and timed street parking is available on Droop Street. A public car park is also located nearby on Donald Street.

Public Transport: The clinic is approximately a 10-minute walk from Footscray Railway Station. Tram route 82 also stops nearby.

Our practices are designed to be quiet, low-sensory environments. Upon arrival, please take a seat in the waiting area. Your psychologist will come out to greet you at your scheduled appointment time. There is no need to check in with a receptionist.

If you are attending a session via Telehealth, a secure video link will be emailed to you 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please ensure you are in a private, quiet space with a stable internet connection.
